ORDER & PAYMENT
1. How do I make order?
You can either fill up our order form here or contact us via email: hautechics@gmail.com

2. Will you reserve the items that I have ordered?
NO! We will not reserve the items ordered until we have received your payment for that particular order. Therefore, payment need to be made as soon as you receive the bill confirmation/ invoice from us. Please be note that Interbank transfer will take longer time, approximately 3 working days.

3. How do I make payment for my purchase?
Once you place your order with us, within 24 hours, we will send you bill confirmation/ invoice, which states the total amount to be paid and the account number to be banked in.

4. After I make my payment, do I need to inform Haute Chics?
YES! Please send your transaction evidence to us through email: hautechics@gmail.com

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. How much is the postage fees?
The postage fees varies with parcel weight and delivery destination. The total postage fees for each purchase will be stated in our bill/ invoice sent.

2. How long does the parcel take to reach my place?
Delivery of ready stock items will take approximately 2-3 working days. As for pre-order items, it will take approximately 7-8 working days.

MEMBERSHIP
1. How do I sign up as a member of Haute Chics?
Kindly fill up your email address and click on "Subscribe" button in the box located at the bottom left corner.

2. What are the benefits of being a member?
a) You will receive the latest Haute news from us, including promotions, restock, and new arrivals
b) You will be entitled to accumulate points for each purchase with us. 
(For each RM1 spent with Haute Chics, you will be rewarded 10 points)
The points could then be used to redeem item from our store (Terms & Conditions Apply) 
c) At the end of every month, you will be informed of your total points accumulated.

GOODS RETURN
1. Can I exchange or refund my items purchased?
NO! We do not offer exchange or refund for every items purchased from our store. All our items have been checked for quality before shipping out. The color of product may differ slightly due to monitor resolution. 
Full refund ONLY IF payment is made but item purchased is out of stock!
